Shipping & Return Policy

• SHIPPING: 

Enjoy FREE USPS shipping on all orders $75 and up. 

Please allow 2-3 business days, for us to process and ship your order. We process orders Monday - Friday, and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays. 

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. Vintage Amour is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Vintage Amour is not responsible for damages caused by shipping carrier. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department. 

Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping time it takes to receive your order.

 

• RETURNS: 

UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE: Due to an increase in Covid-19 Cases, for the safety of our staff and customers, we are not accepting returns. All purchases at this time are FINAL SALE until further notice. Thank you for your cooperation and may you stay safe & healthy!

 

-Cancellations: You may request an order cancellation 4 Hours after Purchase, if and only order has yet to be processed and you have not received tracking information. Once Order has been processed and tracking number has been generated, your order cannot be cancelled.

*Customer is responsible for return shipping, Vintage Amour is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost/untraceable shipments,  we recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.

• EXCHANGES: 

At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item you will be refunded and able to repurchase correct item if available. 

• STORE CREDIT: 

At this time we do not issue store credit.
